Gustavo Aguerre est né à Buenos Aires. Il a créé avec Ingrid Falk le groupe de travail artistique FA+. Ce nom est utilisé pour des projets divers faits par ces deux artistes, mais qui peut également intégrer d'autres artistes dans le cadre de groupe de travail. Une importante part de la stratégie de FA+ est la flexibilité devant chaque projet ; le concept, les artistes avec lesquels ils travaillent, les lieux, les matériaux, etc., sont toujours ouverts aux changements. Toujours avec FA+, il a présenté de nombreux projets en Suède et dans le reste de l'Europe. Il a notamment participé à deux reprises à la Biennale de Venise, dans le cadre du pavillon italien : en 1999, avec un travail intitulé Contagion, ainsi qu'en 1993, avec Il Cadavere Squisito. camac a accueilli FA + pour un séjour en résidence d'un mois, en vue de la création de l'exposition du 20 et 21 mai 2000, La Mémoire de Marnay-sur-Seine, également présentée au Centre Culturel Suédois, Paris.

Gustavo Aguerre was born in Buenos Aires. Together with artist Ingrid Falk, he created the artistic group called FA+. This name is used for various projects from these two artists who invite other artists to collaborate as part of a working group. An important strategy for FA+ is the flexibility of each project- the concept, artists with whom they work, places, materials, etc.- are always open to change. As part of FA+, Gustavo Aguerre has presented several projects in Sweden and throughout Europe.
