Ingrid Falk was born in Stockholm, Sweden. Her and Gustavo Aguerre created an artistic work group, FA+. This name is used for a number of projects created by these two artists, who also, in some cases, integrated the ideas of other artists. An important strategy behind FA+ is the flexibility with each project: the concept, the artists with whom they work, the location, the materials, etc. They are always open to changes... With FA+ , Ingrid Falk has presented a number of projects not only in Sweden, but in all of Europe. She has also participated in the Venice Biennale on two occasions and in the Italian Pavillion Square in 1999, with a piece of work entitled "Contagion" and in 1993, with "Il Cadavere Squisito." Camac had the pleasure of accomodating FA+ for a one month residency. During the residency the collective had the opportunity to create the work "La Mémoire de Marnay-sur-Seine," which was exhibited the 20th and 21st of May, 2000. It was also exhibited in the Centre Culturel Suédois, Paris.

Ingrid Falk est née à Stockolm. Elle a créé avec Gustavo Aguerre le group de travail artistique FA+. Ce nom est utilisé pour des projets divers faits par ces deux artistes, qui intègre également d'autres artistes, tel un groupe de travail. Une importante part de la stratégie de FA+ est la flexibilité devant chaque projet; le concept, les artistes avec lesquels ils travaillent, les lieux, les matériaux, etc., sont toujours ouverts aux changements. Dans le cadre de FA+, elle a présenté de nombreux projets en Suède et dans la reste de l'Europe. Elle a notamment participé à deux reprises à la Biennale di Venezia, dans le cadre du pavillon italien: en 1999, avec un travail intitulé Contagion et en 1993, avec Il Cadavere Squisito. camac a acueilli FA+ pour un séjour en résidence d'un mois, en vue de la création de l'exposition du 20 et 21 mai 2000, La Mémoire de Marnay-sur-Seine, également présenté au Centre Culturel Suédois, Paris. | |
